I can’t believe that this question is for real. But if I’m wrong & it is: remember that what you see on the news is the rare exception. If your wife would really do something like have sex with a student she needs counseling - i.e., professional therapy.
If you’re really this insecure you probably have a problem. You need to talk to some one – a professional or good friend who is emotionally mature.

You could not let her work at all and if she really wanted to, she could cheat on you. Maybe you shouldnt have married someone you dont trust, isnt that what marriage is? About love and trust.
People cheat regardless of what they do if they are going to cheat, teacher, mcdonalds, jcpenny, school, gas station, where ever.
Maybe try counseling, obviously you didnt know what marriage was all about when you married her.

You don't ALLOW you wife to become a Teacher? Who died and made you her master? If she has any size brain she will tell you to go to h*ll and do what she wants. Sounds like you have security issues of your own no matter where she works or what she does if she is going to cheat she will cheat. Controlling her like a control freak will only make her unhappy and push her away from you and make her want to cheat sounds like you need counseling to get over your mistrust issues. your faith in your wife and your relationship must be nonexistent for you to be this way.
