With a problem like this remember you can always multiply by one. Since a yard = 3 feet, 1 yard/3 feet is 1. Anything divided by something it is equal to will be 1. So

5280 feet * 1 yard/3 feet ... let's see, feet cancels feet
5280/3 yards!!
