and bush elder didn't get a chance to finish what he started...Clinton came into office...and disbanded our military, decommissioned our military bases and cut our military budget and defense down to nearly nothing...that is why we were unprepared for 9/11 and this war.

Probably the younger, both are really good presidents. I dont know what we would have done if there had been a democrat in office.
