When estimating in the ten thousands' place if it was like this for example: Round To The Nearest Ten Thousands' Place - 29,760,000 Do I Leave It Like It Is or What am I supposed to do?

that is rounded.....good job
if it was 29,764,564 (rounded to the nearest ten-thounsandth) then you would look at the 4 in the thousands place and since its less than 5 you would round it down to 0 and get 29,760,000.
