Don't know about the Isley Bros. But Nietzsche talked about a harvest for the world (philosophically speaking) with his "ubermensch" or Overman. This is the next step in mankind's evolution, where we throw off the artificial limits imposed on us by religion, society, tradition, culture, etc. and become not quite gods, but maybe demigods. We will cultivate--harvest--creativity , intelligence, and reason to overcome all the problems now pressing us. All this is within our grasp, if only we would choose to reach out and grasp it.
