Today a guy that obviously likes me offered me a lot of things and offered to do things for me and said nice things to me. I like him only as a friend. But, not thinking i said some rude things to him and nevver even smiled to him. Besides apologizing how can i show that i like him as a firend and i'm not trying to be mean.

Easy, the same way you just did to us. Tell him it was in a moment of "not thinking when you were caught up in your own "problems" (don't offer to go into them) and then explain that he's a great friend and you didn't mean to brush him off, that it wasn't his fault it was yours and you would like to apologize. That his friendship means allot to you and you would hate to lose it over thoughtlessness!

Good luck! As long as he knows it wasn't personal he should be okay.

I would do it exactly as you started above. It's perfect. Do it in a frame of mind that doesn't expect an enthusiastic response, etc, because we don't know if he is already very sensitive to rejection and issues like that. If he has a history of sensitivity, he may not want to chance a smile and quick positive response. He may do exactly like you did the first time - but he may walk away thinking about it too, and change. It's a very mature way of thinking you doing right now....so win or lose (with him)....I think it's a great idea, because for yourself and those who you influence most in life, it's a sure win.

just tell him you knwo you were being a bitchand you are not sure why . blame oms whatever. i would acknowledge that you behaved badly and you are sorry and say i hope this does nto affect your friendship. maybe you feel pressurd to be more than friends with him so that is whay you are lashing out. when we feel cornered it can sometimes just make us mean . good luck

Find a right time to openly say what you need to say. Tell him that you had over-reacted and seek for his apology. Try to win him back as a friend.

Be honest! He will understand if u talked to him about ur feelings for him... Don't lose the friendship ... give him ur full attention as a friend... in God's time.. he will come to realize and value the friendship more than his feelings for u..

you just have to be honest with him. if you feel bad about what you said then apologize. tell him you cant be more than friends because you don't feel that way about him. so if he wants more than that just say it makes you feel uncomfortable. maybe ask him to go for a coffee and explain it to him.
