i see ......dead,,,dead,things,,,things that are dead,but they live in me,thats what my mother said,,,"even though there dead,they live in you,and when my day comes,ill live in you...''
then screamms is what i hear....im screaming" i want to go with you",but the last words were"we are all going".
and thats how it ends.
every times i close my eyes..........she dies.

I'm into Kickboxing, Yoga, & BOSU. These all have me practice how to balance with my eyes closed. Each time I close my eyes, I attempt to create what I see when my eyes are open so that I can balance, and make defence/ offence moves.

It's really made me aware of my suroundings, and what is going on around me.

Kick-boxing, I need to visualise where I need to kick and what is behind me, to the left, right, and what I'm standing on.

Yoga is more intense asking me to do the same kickboxing moves in super slow motion holding a pose with my eyes shut takes real effort. We're asked to focus on goodness and light when we're balancing in unique positions.

Lastly, on top 1/2 of a Ball (BOSU -1/2 Ball where we can stand on the squishy part or the flat part) ... well doing kickboxing- yoga moves on 1/2 a ball is freaky intence that not even that Karate kid did. I usually focus on music and it's like I'm playing "Fantasia" (Disney) in my head.

this is not healthy, and it seems to me that you are living in fear, so when you close your eyes, you see death and fear....this is something that has been programmed into your mind, and for what I don't know. Lose this thought of death, read and do more fun things if you can. You must stop thinking of death and enjoy the life that has been given to you. You don't tell your age, If you are a child under 15, please get counseling, even if it is from a school counselor...If you are over 15, you still need counseling, but you also need support, you need to seek the wisdom of someone who will listen and pray with you to get these death thoughts out of your head., Praying is good at any age..... The Lord Lives In You, and You in Him, and that is all...but you must understand, You are not living a healthy life.. get into happier circumstances, and hopefully those deaths will disappear when you close your eyes, into good thoughts, peaceful thoughts. best to you....Ellie

When I close my eyes, I see blackness highlighted with splotches of colored lights. If the room is really bright, or if I'm outside in the sun, I see redness.

I see sort of a reddish orange color (probably due to the light in the room). If the room were dark I'd probably see black...but that's just my guess.
