Not a lot I should think. After all it's in a very bad location being at the heart of a city which is a combination of Sodom and Gomorrah and the Tower of Babel!!

Wow - good question. I was there a few weeks ago with the kids. I wondered the same question. Then I realised just how much land it was sitting in - PRIME real-estate slap-bang in the centre of London. Acres of it.
