Try doing some neutral harmless activities together, like shopping or watching movies. If you feel any chemistry, then you should take it up a level via indirect casual conversation, like saying, 'Hey, that shirt really looks nice on you.' Then look for any signs of reciprocation. To increase your chances of success, make sure you always look good around the house and are wearing perfume. While your mother-in-law is in her bathrobe with bags under her eyes on Sunday morning, you should show up sprightly, showered and dressed smartly. Hey, do what you wanna do, because the heart wants what it wants.

Leave well alone. If this is a crush, it won't be worth the fallout. Even if it isn't, you'll alienate your husband (obviously), your husband's family (especially your mother-in-law), cause problems for your children (if you have any) and create a rift in your husband's family that will be hard to resolve.
Ask yourself where things in your current marriage have gone wrong. Is this a crush- a response to a lack of excitement? If it isn't, do you feel neglected or ignored at home? Find out what the trouble is in your relationship; if you don't ask what's going wrong here, who's to say that even a sucessful relationship with your father in law won't eventually break down in a similar way?

The first thing you need to know is what turns him on about a woman. Some men are primarily breast men, some are leg men, some are butt men, etc. I for example, am a leg man; I love heels and hose and lots of legs showing.
The second thing you need to do is to always accentuate the thing you have that turns him on about women. And whenever you get the opportunity to be alone with him, flirt. For example: if he's a breast man, you could spill something down into your cleavage, needing to wipe it off in front of him, or undo an extra button [accidentally came open of course], or make sure they press or rub against him, as you laugh and chat with him flirtatiously. The reason for this is to get him thinking about you sexually, as opposed to a "daughter"-in-law.
At that level of advancement, which could be over a long period of time; you need to judge his level of interest, before proceeding any further. If you sense that he is flirting back, time and time again, he is probably interested.
It is at this point you can let him know that you find him really hot, and that you can keep a secret, if he can. This opens the door to an affair, and from there on, the two of you can decide how much further you wish for it to go.

Depending on how old you are, move out before something happens between the two of you. If it's a "puppy love" kinda crush, it will wear off. In either case, don't act upon your feelings.

NO, ytou THINK you are. What you are in love with is the idea that life with him is better than with your husband. Marriage takes work. Go get some marriage counseling, you have issues. This is not normal, and it is NOT FAIR TO YOUR HUSBAND.

You should divorce your husband. Then, you should probably make an appointment to see a shrink, or to go on Jerry Springer.

Get out of the family and start a new life, if you want to keep one.
