well I am new to my mp3 player and here is what I found. Mine is supposed to hold 380 songs, but it holds more like 300 songs so when I picked all the songs it only sync the songs that would fit and it did it in alphabetical order. I guess the number of songs that it will store has to do with the quality at which you copy them. The better the quality the less songs. The lower the quality you copy them at the more songs you can put on it. The other thing that happed was it started acting all weird and I found out it was because I had to leave 3 mb or something like that free on it for what it was calling "storage". Hope that helped a little.

I have some what of the same problem with my ipod. I know there not the same, but in a way they are.

I tried to use window meda play. I found that it put some file in a wierd file type. This could be cause you mp3 playier to skip around alot. Something to try. Try use realplay to put your file on your mp3 player. If it does not find. Do a search for your device.

Second, when it say it will hould 160 songs. It is going by size (most being less the one mg). I could very due to the size of the file. Something to try. Put your small one on first. This will help to know what space you are work with. (if you have any game or apps they take up space to)

go to the mp3 players website (type the name of the company who makes it in the search bar) and go to the tech support. Get the phone number and talk with them and tell them what is happenin they should be able to fix it or tell you what to do.
