Hard to say without knowing your operating system, and error messages, if any.

It could be you don't have the necessary codex downloaded to translate the site into music. I could be you have your firewall set to block it, and if so you would have to allow it through. You could temporarily shut down the firewall to see if it works. You could have a needed port closed on your security system. Do you get an error, a blank screen, or what?
