Im currently a stay at home mother of two children and Im always tired, and stretched beyond my means. My life is very stressful, and I find it hard to do simple things... I have to practically force myself to get up and clean. I have no energy, Im always depressed. I spend most of my time picking up after the kids and its become so tedious and overwhelming that on occasion I let things go. I force myself to get my work done. It also seems like no matter how much sleep I get its never enough... Id love to go out and get a job but we have no close family to watch our children and do not have the money for a babysitter nor for daycare because of so many other expenses... so I have no choice in the matter. I dont get very much excercise because of this... I was wondering how I can better manage my time so that things dont become so overwhelming for me which will give me the time to get proper excercise... and what can I do to get the energy I need throughout the day?

Get 7 hours of sleep (if you can) make sure your taking a multi-vitamin each day. Try St. Johns wort for the depression and walk (when you can) 30 minutes 3 days a week for EXCELLENT benefits in everyway you can think of. hope this helps some

Use the money that you get from the job to pay for a babysiter or day care. Even if all you get is $250 a week that should be enough to pay for day care/babysiter (depending on where you live). And if you are just breaking even (after paying for the babysiter/day care) so what!! At least you get out of the house and you get to do something. If you make more than that you can also get a cleaning lady.

Vitamin B Complex is super for energy. Get the cheap 1 or 2 dollar bottles in the Wal-Mart Pharmacy section, they are just as good as the rest! All your paying for with the others is a name anyways.

Being a mother is hard work! This time will pass!
You really do have to take some time for yourself, something you enjoy doing. Time management is almost impossible with young kids, but it can be done!
