no cookie cutter answer to this...too much missing information. The most you can hope to find out are the maximum penalties that could be imposed-- the actual jail term would depend on all the facts in the case, the prior criminal record of the defendant and the results of the pre-sentence investigation which would likely be done before sentencing so that the judge has more information about the defendant before imposing sentence. there are so many factors that could aggravate or mitigate sentencing, nobody can tell you here anything that has meaning.
