my gf and i have been dating a month and her parents still stand right next to her when we are on the phone and thay don't like me calling often. i highly doubht thay like me at all. what should i do? i really like my gf and she is great and fun to be with but her parents wont let her talk to anyguys i'm the first who thay sed she can talk to but thay are wierd about it. please give me advice

If you are the first fellow to be allowed to chat with their daughter then they probably are just making sure that right now you are alright for their daughter. May be a little overprotective but that is their daughter so they are doing what they think is right. Sounds to me like they must like you if they are allowing you to talk on phone with their daughter, and haven't allowed anyone else to do so. Take your time and prove to these parents that you are worthy of talking to and befriending their daughter. Best of luck to you.

Dude you need to relax. Some parents are more strict and care about their kids more than others. You are the first to even be allowed to call her so take that as a good sign. Just be sure to respect her parents feelings and stay within their rules. Hopefully by doing that you will some day gain their trust.

They are just scared you might get their daughter pregnant and then dump her. Try and win their respect and trust. Maybe overtime they might get to like you.

meet her parents. take them out to dinner to talk or something. just show them that you're a nice guy who really cares for their daughter. simple as that!
