I really need help!!
My Ipod was stolen past week, i live in mexico and somebody told me that i could pick up the trail of my ipod by the serial number, i´m not sure, is that true?, will i find my ipod?? where can i report it?
i´m so sad about it !!
please help me

file a police report with your ipod serial number. each ipod has a unique number and if its found then it can be traced back to you.

Your **** out of luck. Ask yourself this. How can you trail some body by the serial number of your iPod? You have no way of knoing where it is. The answer is no. If that was the case youd be able to recover anything that anybody stold. Nothin you can do.

Think of all the ways tracking Ipod serial numbers could invade privacy they do not do it. If you have the serial number file a police report.

I know it hard to lose a ipod. If you still have the seral number you might be able to report it as missing. I think the number it on ipod.com. look under custmer service. give them the number and they sould lock the number from being reactived or they can send some out to get the ipod that was reactived.
Second, have you cheack with your local law enforement or forest ranger

lost the 200$ electronic device. No warranty or anything huh..
wow. Sorru to hear that. Oh well. Maybe you should leave your ears free when you travel so you can hear thing slike people sneaking up on you....just a thought

Unless it's equipped with a GPS, iPods don't leave trails.

u r screwed ..u cant pick it up b7 the serial #####.........that is only for ur warrenty..so u will have to buy and new oine becuase u will never see iut again
