You don't have to use a calculator for that.
Move the decimal point to the right or to the left, depending on your conversion [by 10's].

Of the first 5 only diana gave you the right answer.

Think OK, my units got smaller, from grams to centigrams, so the digits should get bigger to have the same value.

Just move the decimal to the left two spaces to account for the hundredth(centi) and you have it. 0.000000095 cgs.
You would move it to the right to solve for deca.
