Their a motorcycle club. I've talked to them for a while and they have asked me to join. I told them that I wasn't exactly a combat vet, that I was P.J. in the Air Force during the Vietnam war. They said that was close enough. Their really a great bunch of guys and I enjoy the comeraderie. I guess I'll join, what do you guys think?

If they're nice guys and they want you to join, why wouldn't you? You can never have too many friends.

I think you should go ahead and do it! I was only 22 when I was the VP for the friends of the Vets and it was a really great experience for me. I got to meet so many Vets. I traveled through Vietnam when I was only 21, by myself. My dad would hang out at the VFW and tell them about me. Soon I started to get emails from some of them when I was there asking me about the different places I was going to. It was really cool. Then when I came home I got to meet all these wonderful people that served our country and did not get the recognition that they deserved. Some of them would talk to me about things that they never even told their family because I would understand a little bit better than other people. Being with a group of guys like that will help you, even if you don't think you need help. And hanging out with fellow mates is a good thing! good luck!
