Use FOIL, between each set multipy these terms
First 2 + Outside 2 + Inside 2 + Last 2
(2x)(3x) + (2x)(4) + (-3)(3x) + (-3)(4)
6x^2 + 8x - 9x -12
6x^2 - x - 12

well many men . you need to multiply all of them together , like that;
(2x-3)(3x+4) =
[ (2x * 3x ) + (2x * +4) + (-3*3x ) +( -3 * 4) ] =
6x^2 + 8x - 9x - 12 =
6x^2 -x -12
Its your answer.

if you want to solve it , so ;
(2x-3)(3x+4)= 0
it measn
(2x-3) =0 ; 2x = 3 ; x = 3/2 .
(3x+4)= 0 ; 3x +-4 ; x= -4/3

Good Luck.
