They squeak when they're nervous or in pain. You're probably not hurting her, she may not be used to you.

When they're happy, they have a weird purr/chirp sound they make. If it's full-on squealing, you need to get her more used to you. Maybe a lettuce leaf?

When petting a guinea pig, it must be done very gently. They are very delicate creatures.

Also petting a guinea pig from the back to the front is very painful to them and this is why she squeaks.

My guinea pig does too. Maybe its a squeak of joy.

It just means that she is happy.I think it is cute when they do that.

You are probably not be gentle enough or if she is new she probably is scared or something like that.
