I received 5 email from some people offering $600 for phone than fake paypal emails no paing and more and more. Dont you think it will be better if ebay will hold the money or paypal from buyer and after confirmation of sending will transfering money to seller? or any ideas?

Ebay has nothing to do with the fake emails, supposedly, either from themselves or paypal.

After about 4 years, I have never had any trouble with any purchase, or with any payments.

By the way, I think paypal kind of holds the money anyway. They just let the buyer know that the funds came in.

If you're getting emails like that from eBay or Paypal, I'd send them to the eBay/Paypal higher ups. Those are scam emails. Try spoof@paypal.com for the Paypal emails.

I went there yesterday,and they even changed the format for searching. I hate it. Prices are too high, buyerds are cheap, and toomany con artists. I don't know where to sell now!
