If the cream dots have darker or black centres, and if it is larger than the usual ladybird then it may be oone that is usually found in France.
If its been there 2 weeks is it still alive? They go paler as they get old and die. Maybe its just an ordinary 2 spot that is a different colour.

It's just a harmless little beetle, and yes, it's of the ladybird family. Take it outdoors and put it on a plant; it'll be much happier there than in your bathroom.

ladybirds come in several colours, this time of year they fly less as it's getting colder and they're getting old.

If it's yellow, surely the cream dots don't show up?
