Sorry buddy, but yes she is family! Your cousin's daughter is your second cousin! That's family! Now if she had children, then you could have a relationship! But you would be 32 and her 16, and most states have a problem with a 32 year old man messing with a minor!

Third cousins are legal, the rest are not in most states. Get a girlfriend out of the family kiddo!

She "is" your family. A second cousin I think. In the US I believe the closest you can be and have a relationship is to be a third cousin. So no, you can't have a relationship with her.

If you use the the word "cousin" and "daughter of", next to each other, in a sentence, I do believe it means your family.

There is nothing wrong with it on the private level, just as there is nothing wrong with having sex with a sister, but major complications can arise in the offspring. That's the reason there are laws against inner-family marriages, and morality issues with inner-family sex.

There are tons of girls...why go there? I had a similar situation and we admired each other very much. Instead of going that route though, we mutually decided that it was best for all to share with a genuine friendship instead.

What are you two thinking?!!!!!!!

Your cousin's child is your cousin as well. Incest is incest no matter how distant of a relative the two of you are.

All I will say is this, it is not illegal. And ask you this, how does (or will) your family feel about this?
