It depends on how intense it is. If it's just hand holding or a few light pecks, I'm not offended. What I find tasteless is when people start engaging in behavior that looks like foreplay. Go get a hotel room. I don't need nor do I want to see you with your tongue down his/her throat. You don't need to constantly grab or pinch someone's butt. Personally I've never understood why some people behave like this; who are you showing off for? I would think that you wouldn't want complete and total strangers to witness such intimate behavior. Maybe I'm just modest like that.

The people who have a problem with it probably cant get anyone to make out with them behind closed doors, let alone in public... Stop hating. Whats wrong with wanting to show the one you love (or like... even if its just for that minute) some affection. Is it wrong when a groom kisses his bride in front of a church full or people? What about at the reception when the whole crowd is clanking on thier glasses looking for that kiss... Come on now... It natural, it's beautiful and its necessary... If i see one more arguement, fight, or any other conflict between a couple in public, im gonna have a fit. Its nice to see love manifested in public for the world to see.

I believe there are levels of PDA. The first level is holding hands or putting your arms around each other while walking. That's cool. The next level is hugging or while you put your arms around each other, one of your hands ends up in the others back pocket. That's cool too. The next level is a nice little peck on the lips. That's cool. The next levels are when it gets out of hand. I shall list them in order...grabbing a private part on the other, grinding, kisses which are overly graphic (when you see tongue and spit, yuck), and an actual sexfest which pretty much combines everything that I've already mentioned. So to answer your question..PDA is great on all levels....lol

I think it's great when elderly couples show affection because younger people (who wouldn't think twice about smooching - or getting more graphic, ahem) with their partners get all horrified about it, which I think is funny.

Personally, it doesn't bother me. As long as it really is affection and not a business transaction, or a display of ownership (watch me mark me male/female, now don't touch...).

It depends on how affectionate the involved parties are.

Some things are fine for public, other activities are not.

Holding hands, little kisses.. cute. Inspiring. Grabbing each other, sticking tongues down throats, ripping each other's clothes off- get a room.

depends. hugs, kisses, hand holding, nuzzling, etc all cool. Its the humpy slobbery tounge fests that annoy me. its not that I think its bad, or immoral, I just feel a little wierd when I see it and then all of a sudden i feel like a voyer. this world needs all the lovin and good vibrations it can get, so I think all that stuff is pretty much okay despite my occasional discomfort.

It's okay if you both mean it. But if you mean it as a true feeling and the other person doesn't that makes you look cheap and easy!!!

Personally I love it!! As for seeing other ppl do it...as long as they're not like dry humping each other...just kissing, cuddling, holding hands etc..I see nothing wrong with it...
