You think there's some logical decisions on who can own nuclear bombs?

At first every country that could, would. Then the thought of all the countries with nuclear weapons was so upsetting that many countries decided to stop nuclear proliferation. Practically all the countries in the UN agreed to halt the spread of nuclear weapons. The countries that already had nuclear weapons appeared to understand the dangers of these weapons, and fortunately not a single one has used nuclear weapons against one another.

However, a new set of countries seems to have decided to have nuclear weapons for their own purposes. People are concerned about how responsible their governments are... can they be trusted not to use nuclear weapons? will they sell nuclear weapons to terrorists? Iran and North Korea are both considered unstable/dangerous governments.

The world would be safer if no country had nuclear weapons. But once a country has nuclear weapons they will never give them up. Therefore, the fewer countries that develop nuclear weapons the better.

Those that already have it and do not want others to have one.
As far as I know these are:

America
Russia
Israel
China
France
England ?

These are supposedly the ones who have it and should not:

Iraq
Iran
Pakistan

I might have missed some country names, sorry.
