I was just browsing through the "beauty and style" section, and came upon 3 questions on the first two pages asking "am I fat?" while listing their age and weight. I'm guessing these girls are all somewhat young, because that just sounds like a young girl type question. Anyway, is anyone else fed up with these questions? It irritates me how some girls views can be so self distored. These girls are young, and they are already thinking they have body problems?? Who knows what it'll be like when they're older. Can anyone say anorexic? Girls, PLEASE stop with these questions! They're so very annoying.

I meant to say that the girls list their weight and height, not weight and age.

i agree...also am annoyed with the 'do you think i'm hot' ?'s...this is so self conscience and annoying at times...this stupid society is based on looks and weight and no one will no longer see the beauty of a good personality and a confident person...it's all sex sex and male approval!! I pray for these young girls who feel it is a need to have a boyfriend or a male interested sexually in them!! :(

These questions, and the am I pretty, why dont I have boyfriend ones?
How can I tell on line if you're pretty, and even if I saw you're picture, that says little about you're personality.
I agree with you, girls are learning at to young a age to be shallow.
It's just not right. We should just boycott this shallowness by not replying to such questions.

i might say that I answer questions from my contacts as promptly as available, based upon the question. many times, by making use of the time i'm getting to them, a very good answer has already been chosen. such as you, my costly, I actually have a constrained volume of time i will spend right here daily. For questions of actuality, I many times do no longer answer if somebody has already responded properly. For questions of opinion, I additionally peruse the solutions to be certain if human beings say what I intend to declare. ultimately, if the question continues to be open and hobbies me, i will answer regardless of how old. Yeah, it's pretty ridiculous. How the hell am I supposed to know if your fat without seeing you anyway? Plus I think people put way too much emphasis on their weight as a determinant of their self-esteem.

yeah, i wish people would stop asking questions about things no one can truly know about without the proper measurements and tools. an "am i fat" would require one to calculate their bmi, test their heart rate, do a body fat percentage test and numerous other things to accurately know for sure. plus it makes the person asking seem very insecure and shallow. if you think your fat, get out and exercise! bad self image is brought about by low self esteem, and these people need to have a little more respect and appreciation for themselves.

While this isn't really a question, you should be glad they're posting because it gives you an opportunity to share with them that no, they aren't fat (and that society takes fat far too seriously...) and shouldn't be worried about it so much.

Well i personally think that people that ask those questions are just wanting atention, and they just want people to ask how skinny they are,so the people can say, your not fat and it makes them feel better about themselves!

so what maybe some girls just want to know if other people think they are fat. If you don't like them don't read or look at them
