No its not uncomfotable for me. I actually like it and try to make matters worse, i move even closer--torture him with my every move and when the song is ever i wink my eye and walk away---im a big flirt anyway!!

Some women may desire that outcome, but then some may not. You, yourself should know the answer to your question. If you barely know the woman and if she is not showing signs of wanting to know you better, it is best to dance further apart. If she becomes aware of your arousal, she may think you are a bit on the wild side and you might just ruin any chance of a future relationship. Just because a woman consents to dance with you, it doesn't necessarily mean that she wants to jump on your bones.

I personally don't mind, my only concern is say the guy gets "arroused" and it's quite visable, then when the two are done dancing regardless if the women enjoyed it or not, how does the guy get back to where he started from the dance floor without embarassing himself

I'd ignore it as much as I can. Keep your distance until you get it under control. That would be my preference. With strangers, I find it pretty creepy. If you're asking about social dance or club dancing.

Most ladies in today's society will be very weirded out, but some will go with the flow and make you a bit "happier". Just depends on the lady, I guess.

I think that it all depends on how the "Lady" feels about you and you feel about her. Some women dance with their partners in order to cause such a reaction. So it all depends on if you think that is what she is doing or if you are just a horny old dude.

I would feel happy because i was able to get you aroused by just dancing with you.. i wouldn't feel weird about that

Depends on if its your first time meeting someone.ie like a first date..but if it was your chick to begin with- then go for it and she should be into it..but I would ask the girl that you are dancing with..like drop hints on how hot she is and maybe share- with communication -on how hot she makes you!
