I delete them everyday three or four times a day but they keep coming back.

Get an e-mail program like Mozilla Thunderbird and activate its spam filter. You can set the Bulk e-mail folder to delete junk mail on a periodic basis (like every 7 days), depending on which service you are using.

In Yahoo mail there is an option to let you set how long e-mails are kept in the bulk folder. If you set it for zero days then it will be deleted as it arrives. You have to be careful when using this option if legitimate e-mail get tagged as bulk then it's deleted too. If you are only getting spam in the bulk folder then go ahead and set it for zero days.

Get a spam filter program or enable the ones in your Anti-Virus program. They can take a lot of that and put it into a JUNK folder. You can skim it when it is in there or just dump it. The filters aren't perfect but they learn by seeing what you delete and throw out stuff like that (while ignoring things from people in your addreess book)

Mark them as spam and block the addresses or open them up and look at the bottom of the email. There should be a link to unsubscribe from the email distribution list.

Click on Options and then on Spam Protection. Set it to automaticly delete spam on arrival.

Please follow this path. Go to ur email page> options> spam protection> click the first circle which says Immediately delete messages> save. Ur bulk folder will always remain empty. It will solve ur problem.

Do you have some kind of spam guard? Mark it as spam.
