I also have the same problem with a V3. Mine adjusts it's own volume, connect itself to the browser and basically goes wappy flipping from one screen to another all without me even touching it, sometimes the only way to stop it is to take the battery out. I took it back to Vodafone and they sent it off and said it had got damp and the circuit board inside was erroded and it was unrepairable. They charged me £50 to tell me this. Then the battery would only stay charged for about four hours and since getting a new battery it's having less wappy attacks but still has the odd one but nothing like it used to. It may be worth taking yours back if it's still under warranty or if it's insured tell them it got droped or something and has been like ever since.

The famous V3. The crappiest mobile ever produced and I got conned too. Mine has a completely random vibrate mode.Call or no call, just when it feels like it. I'm sure in a previous silicon life it was a sex aid.

i would suggest taking the covers off and cleaning the keypad as it sounds like there is something interfering with the keys/buttons. failing that dont forget to lock the keypad after use and if it still does it , junk the phone or send it back to maker for repair.

ok there are steps to fixing this problem....first check to see if any button is sticking, if not, then move on to step 2....step 2 : take a good look at the entire phone, then step 3: throw it against the concrete wall....step 4: check to see that it had been smashed to pieces, if not repeat step 3. If all else fails, throw it in the river, or nearby lake.

Your attempt at revisionist background does not enable you to're making your case. i comprehend you strongly have faith what your asserting...yet please take sometime to tutor your self greater appropriate on the folk and events that bring about our turning out to be a rustic...and the form of our FP beforehand of basing you argument on opinion and attempting to pass it off as actuality. of course the U. Can't you lock the keypad?
Perhaps if you keep it in your trouser pocket..... it might be something else pressing the buttons....?

I'm glad it's not just mine. Mine wiped all my phone numbers off. Luckily I had them in my address book. I wish I hadn't brought it now, it's a nightmare aaarrggghh!
