If he puts his penis in your vagina you can get PG. Precum can come out any time when he is aroused. It comes out ANYTIME before he ejaculates, not just right before. People who use the pull out method have a name.....PARENTS.
Use a condom.

It is true that it happens before ejaculation so you are not safe. Make sure you are using protection if you do not want to get pregnant. Pull out method is very risky. Arousal can bring the fluids out, so be careful

Pre-ejaculate comes during arousal...you can still get pregnant even if he pulld out. You need to get smart and get on birth control or use a condom. If he says no to a condom...tehn tell him no to sex

they teach that in health ed ... well at least in the ghetto they do. precum is called precum for a reason it comes before the *** at any time. even if he doesn't *** inside u it still is possible for you to become preggs. if you really wanna prevent having a baby tell your boyfriend to be a responsible adult and put a condom on. they sell different kinds if he thinks hes sensitive to them or too big for them or even sorry to say too small for them....

Just go to your local health clinic or planned parenthood and get a bunch of free condoms and get on birth control. It doesn't cost anything.....
