vet antivirus is one of the best, its free for a year but install it properly as layed out, I use it on my lappy too.

hi, perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus. but you need to pay for the software.

i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

it's not free, but the good programs cost money, this one's not expensive though at $39.00 or so. it also has a support website and doesn't slow you down memory-wise.

try NOD32.
it is well known for its very low resource usage and frequent virus definition update feature. although it is not free, it would be worth trying. it is gaining the high popularity right behind kaspersky which is the best antivirus software at the moment.

AVG is totally worthless. It is JUNK. I recommend antivir free edition.

Try McAfee. takes 24MB for antivirus not free but doesn't take much RAM either!!
