I'd have to go with Lionel Luthor (played by John Glover) from Smallville.
...The show's kinda corny, but his portrayal of the mythology-loving, power-hungry executive and father of Lex Luthor is spectacular... His high-brow exchanges with Lex (played by Michael Rosenbaum) is -by far- my favorite part of the show.
Honorable mention to all the jokas from Always Sunny in Philadelphia - the funniest show on television. :D
