That depends on the person answering the question.
I've always felt there are no right or wrong beliefs -- they're merely viewpoints a person holds. Actions driven by a belief can be right or wrong, depending on an outside person's perceptions and values. Since you ask about the wrongness of wiccans or pagans, only you can truly answer the question, based on how you think and feel about these beliefs and the actions of wiccans and pagans.
Personally, I'm OK with 'em (and I'm an atheist)!

Some say it's just another way of reaching God. I'm pretty open minded about it so sure if you want to be a wiccan then be a wiccan. As for pagan never heard of it in todays modern society. I've only heard of Paganism in refering to the past. Like in The Di Vinchi Code.

My mother is pagan, my best friend is white Wicca, my father is a Mooney, my younger bother is an atheists, and I am a God believing undenominated christian. My family, unfortunately, will never be seen all together without a fight for a long time I fear.
But to answer your question, No
That is what is so great about America today, you can believe in what ever you think is right and you feel comfortable with,
Others who are closed minded and ignorant will give you a hard time and ridicule will be a part of your life if you express to, to many people what your beliefs are. So boohoo of what you say and to who.

Why would someone ask this question, I'm thinking. Maybe because someone has stated that it is wrong? But, you are not sure if you agree?
Well, based on that presumption, I will tell you, each of us spiritual beings in human bodies have the right and the responsibility to decide for ourselves what is wrong and what works in our lives. I am Pagan. I promote love, peace, respect because of my beliefs. So, if Wicca or Paganism helps you to be the best version of yourself, then it seems the answer is clear.
If it is right FOR YOU, then it is not wrong.

the only person that can truely answer that if yourself. Some will tell you it is wrong some will tell you it is right but the only person that can descide that is you. alot of people think pagans are evil maily due to a old motorcycle gang that used the name. but if you get to know them most wiccan and pagans are very nice people.

I dont think it is wrong but that depends on your view of what wiccan or pagan is. You have to make the desicion on your own. Learn what they are and then make your mind up.

more then 2 million people in America enjoy the spirituality they get from the pagan/ Wicca religions. i myself have never felt so free and free from the boogieman/ Satan fears. i am also far more personally responsible for my actions. i saw a question on here that linked to a you tube video called "why is sex a sin?" that in its own way best describes to me the reason why pagan/ Wicca religions are seen as wrong. it was only to protect Christianity. think about it this way. is it wrong for native Americans to do dances for rain and such? is it wrong for Buddhists to meditate? is it wrong for a Muslim to face mecca 5 times a day? no this is the freedom we allow them to practice their own spirituality. pagan/ Wicca gets a bad wrap only because it is directly mentioned in the bible (which i had an opportunity to read in the original Hebrew.) exodus chap 18 vs 22 in English speaking bibles mentions "thou shall not suffer a witch to live." which is god saying go kill all witches. hmmmm this is from an unconditional loving god too!!! so go to you tube dot com look up the video called "why is sex a sin?" and view it. then decide for yourself what you think is right or wrong.

NO its is not wrong to be wiccan or pagan. Being wiccan is the same as being christian or catholic. Its the same because you are worshiping one god/godess. It is the same because its just a different form of one god.
