Don't be scared yet. It could just be dry skin. Does it feel dry? Try some good lotion on your hands and feet. Put if on right after your shower or bath when your hands and feet are still moist. Also apply other times throughout the day. See if this makes them feel better and give it about a week for the peeling to stop.

I would see someone about it if there is no improvement at all within a week. See someone if the peeling gets worse or spreads to other parts of your body.

Its probably form a minor sun burn, and if its not, thats ok too. Its natural and happens to everyone. DONT WORRY!

it sounds like eczema or possibly a vitamin deficiency.
