first off how old are they? if under 16 i clearly see the logic of it. She should just remain friends and if when she gets older she feels the same way go for it...being friends first is best!

The two can be friends until she is allowed to have a bf. The best relationships are built on friendship. By being friends first, they'll have more time to get to know each other.

if it is true love nothing can go in between it not parent mean people or nobody, if it is ment to be then they'll be together
Plus another thing dont hold back because i had a crush on this boy for the longest time and my firend told him almost at the end of the school year and he liked me too but what was holding me back was the fact that my mom would not like me having a boy friend so i spent all year avoiding him and trying not to like him when the school year was over and he went off to another school i decided to tell my mom about him and guess what she said she would have been okey with it.
my point is tell her to talk to her parents and maybe they might be okey with it.

Well i think first you need to assess how strict the situation is, and ofcourse, sometime later she would be allowed to have bf, so atleast she should let the guy know that she is interested in him so that, atleast she has done her part i.e. by telling the guy how she feels about him but its just that, shez not allowed at the moment.

If she is not allowed to have a boy friend, then she should leave the boy alone. All she is doing is setting herself up if she sneaks to see him, in wondering why her parents do not trust her if she is caught.

Well right Now she needs to listen to her Parents and if the boy really does Love and respect her he will wait until it is ok for her to have one..
Cuz if the be decitful about it,well it will come back and bite them both in their behinds when they get caught..but if they wait till it is ok when they can date it will be very special for them.
