Did you do something to get pregnant? If not, you could have just gotten a stomach bug or been weaken from the period. I would go see a doctor and have your blood checked for the pregnancy hormone and possibly for anemia (low iron in the blood).

If you've been sexually active, then yes you could be pregnant. Over the counter tests are pretty inexpensive these days. I think you should get one and find out. Really, either way you should probably get in to see your health care provider.

Yes, it is possible to have your period while you are pregnant. Best thing to do is get a test and find out for sure whether you are or not.
