white vinegar will remove it without damaging the material.
Although of course you'll need to wash it after, to remove the vinegar smell if nothing else.

Baking soda with some water, and scrub on the BACK side to get the stain out, so you don't scratch up the front of the shirt.

Shout or spray and wash. They also have portable or travel ones and a pen too.

Soak it in COLD water!!! then slowly dry.. If it doesn't work then try the cleaners
