im kinda worried shes been doing this since i got her shes 3 now.
and im kinda worried...can this improve her chances of having a seizure???

My cat always does this and it's normal. Usually cats do this while they're dreaming and sometimes they even make these little noises(my cat does)I wouldn't stress about it. By the way, I love cats to!

Just like when you are asleep, your cat is dreaming... It happens to all creatures and is perfectly normal... When we are in deep sleep (REM sleep) we react to our dreams with tiny involuntery movements. Don't worry about your cat, it's fine :)
