Assuming that you have a picture of yourself saved on your computer and you want to make it the picture that is the background behind your icons.
Right click on the desktop
Select Properties
Click on the Desktop tab
Click the browse button and go to where you have the picture file on your computer
Select the file and click OK
It will now be the background picture on your computer

Wow. I don't think I know how to answer that! First of all what is a "comper" and why do you want your pitcher on it? Now, if you want to put your PICTURE on the COMPUTER, that's easy! You need to have it sent in an email or you need a scanner to scan and save it then you upload the file.
