Commoditiies and products that are listed and counted. Enumerated goods were those listed items taxed directly for each item individually by the British to the American colonists- which caused a lot of descent and ultimately the saying - taxation without representation and, of course, the Boston Tea Party.

Historical uses of 'enumerated goods':

"1660 Charles II created a new committee of the Privy Council, the Lords of Trade and Plantations, charged with formulating colonial policy. Parliament passed the Navigations Act of 1660, which strengthened the ban on foreign shipping initiated in 1651 and declared that certain enumerated goods – sugar, indigo, and tobacco – could be shipped only to other English possessions. Duties were applied to most
of these commodities." - http://www.tax.org/Museum/1660-1712.htm

"The British Government had borrowed heavily from British and Dutch bankers to finance the war, and as a consequence the national debt almost doubled from £75 million in 1754 to £133 million in 1763. In order to address this onerous liability, British officials turned to larger import duties on enumerated goods like sugar and tobacco, along with a series of high excise (sales) taxes on goods such as salt, beer, and spirits." - http://www.tax.org/Museum/1756-1776.htm

Enumerated just means listed, so these would be the goods which were specifically referred to, probably on a document such as an invoice or packing slip. The term does not refer to a specific kind of products.
