You can use a program like Director from Macromedia to make a CD that would open Quicktime movies at certain points in the article. This would be very cool if the article was narrated.

If you want to have links on a site, then you just need to use the HTML embed code. I would suggest using flash though and have the text narrated. It would help keep the pace that you want.
