Like can it detect a urinary tract infection or HIV or similiar things..Through a urine sample.

A basic drug tests screens for marijuana, cocaine, pcp, tricyclic antidepressants, opiods, benzodiazepines, and amphetamines.
They could check for a urinary tract infection with the same sample, if the doc ordered it.
HIV and hepatitis are blood tests. They can do a blood drug tests that tests for hundreds of different drugs.

No, but remember they can detect pain killers, even cold medicine like coriciden, methamphetamines, among other things.

a marijuana test will only show marijuana use, a cocaine test will only test for cocaine. A test is specific to the item being tested for. No one will be able to tell if you are pregnant from a dope test.
