stop him..get help..tell someone...this happened to one of my friends..i tried keeping it to my self..but i couldnt...you have to tell someone...tell him that hes not fat and thats hes not ugly..give him a confidance boost...get him to stop looking at the negative side of things....but look at the positive of everything....and most importantly..get him to stop cutting himself

Tell him stop being so lame. Can't he see what he's doing is stupid. Tell him to stop being a Puss. (not to be mean just knock some sense into him) The world is full of problems. If he can't get over this he can't survive the real world. ANd!!.....GROW UP! and also get some girls to tell him he's not ugly or fat. but only if they really think so. Dont go exposing all his problems. be descret about it.

talk to an adult and see if they can help him out with this issue. 120 is small for a boy (when not given his age I have to guess how tall and age) but i'd suggest supporting him as much as you can, don't judge him...after all he's going through a lot right now.
