.....the Judge, during final divorce hearing said that she was allowed items of hers and her children from his ministorage ( from a list ). He has not complied and now has disappeared or is hiding. Ideas? Will we need to have a judge allow us forced access, or can she take her divorce decree to the ministorage ( along with a police officer ) and ask/demand admittance? Any ideas oh great brain trust?

contact the sheriffs dept. I dont know if they will do that or not.... I asked for a police officer to be present while I got my things from our house when I left my VERY ABUSIVE ex and they wouldnt do it.... It might be different from state to state, but her best bet would be to go thru the court system again (I know its tedious and takes forever) so that she doesnt get into any trouble...... (if the sheriff's dept. wont help that is!!!)

He is in contempt of court if it is in the divorce decree. Contact the county clerk and let them know that he has not complied with divorce decree. He could spend time in jail because of that.

Now you will have to go back to judge to get a court order to have the mini storage opened. Contact your lawyer.
