Do you mean you have too many toolbars installed into Internet Explorer so there isn't enough room for the webpages?
If so they should all be removable via Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel. These thing do have a nasty habit of hanging around though, if you're still struggling after uninstalling them all try using Firefox instead as your browser.

go to your control panel and then pick the add/remove icon. Then delete the stuff you want from there. yeah it gets annoying. if you want to customize your yahoo bar then just click on the pencil icon and then personal options....

on the bar that u downloaded some of the links will let u scroll down then find the one that says uninstall
