Yes, the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi teaches his Sidhi students to levitate. Contact TM (Transcendental Meditation) in your area.
It's not cheap but it can be done.

there are several ways to actually levitate

certain insect and animal species "levitate" through the use of flapping of wings or the bernouli effect

airplanes and helicopters levitate through the use of the bernouli effect (in two different ways)

hot air balloons and other lighter than air craft levitate through the use of warm air or helium or hydrogen

there are things like magnetism or air jets that can be used for levitation

people can not make themselves just float up without the aid of something, either listed above, or something else. there has never EVER been a single verified case of anyone ever levitating without some outside aid. even at maharishi U, who are the experts on this, if you ask them if anyone there levitates, they say "not yet"

There is a way you can levitate. If you were able to "pass gas" at constant rate with about enough force to negate the force of gravity, you should be able to levitate.

I am not 100% sure though because I have never been able to pass gas at a constant rate.

Maybe some of you might have better luck than me. Good Luck.

Here's a BUNCH of links to levitation. The primary means is magnetism, but it also references:
*Ultrasonic Levitation in Air at 20 kHZ
*Optical levitation
*Levitation by water pressure of a 10,518 pound granite sphere
*Electrostatic levitation

Levitation is entirely possible if you follow these steps carefully:
1) First buy a plane ticket
2)Get on plane
3)wait for the plane to take off
4) Bob's your uncle!
I thank you!
