I recently got Yahoo. I have 1 message in inbox & 6 in bulk. No matter what I do, I can't access them ! HELP!

I am very new to the internet, over 70, and need help. Thanks.

You need to click or double click on the Check mail or the "1unread"..... Click repeatedly and see if it works... Can you access them from another computer?

Click the "inbox 1" or "bulk 6" to see all the messages then click on each message to read it.
