The one thing that irritates me the most are people sticking their nose into your personal business, like relatives and in-laws. They will (TELL YOU) : "now I know this is none of my business" , but so an so an so.................you can get the picture.

Mine would be the lack of use of turn-signals when a driver
is turning.
Many, many times I have waited for that 'car' before I could make a turn (with my signal on) the car slows and turns. . .
Irritation!

People who chew food with their mouth open loudly smacking.
It makes me feel like I am next to some lower life form that has taken over a human being.

Americans who reckon they know best, even though they have not the slightest idea that a world exists beyond their borders.
Not all Americans you understand - just those with the arrogant, all conquering Uncle Sam attitude that allows no viewpoint other than their own.

People in the express lane with more than the allotted items. What makes them so special. Why should they be allowed to do that when regular lanes are open??
