When someone feels sorry for themselves, they always use negative scenarios. Nothing positive comes out of the mouth. The mouth speaks what the heart is full of. The reason so many people feel and think that way is very simple. Lack of motivational skills, if people were to speak more positive, life would began to be more positive.

a person who feels sorry for himself lacks energy, can't find the motivation to do anything, is sad and depressed... feeling sorry for yourself is actually a natural emotion, it is how our emotional brain reacts when we are faced with a disturbing situation... usually a grief or sorrow of high intensity, that we can't handle immediately. feeling sorry for yourself gives you time to face your emotions, consume them, and survive them somehow. and it's OK to feel like that as long as it is only for a given period of time.... if you're feeling sorry for yourself all the time, you just waste your life!

They are feeling sorry for themselves when they say things like, it NEVER happens for me, or I NEVER get what I want. Why would they think it ? Because things aren't going their way.
