New York City..MOST DEFFINATELY!!Not only are there great agencies ,but great designer places to shop!!There are also alot of celebs so you can get alot of cred if you model for Didd, Jay-Z, or Phatfarm.

well, new york probably if you want to be in more high fashion runway , but L,A if you want to do more print ads and if your look is more commercial.
