When I click Reply, I do not get any place to write anything-only TO:, Subject: & Attach Files?

I have gone to Options, General Prefernces, but I still cannot reply

i don't know what you are using as an e-mail client, but restart it. if that doesn't work, restart your computer. if that still doesn't work, scan your pc for viruses or reinstall the program.

try hitting the refresh button, maybe the page stops before it is fully dispayed...

Do not click or type anything untill all compse tools and typing space have displayed..
